Welcome to 2015. The TRD Staff is gearing up for its biggest year yet! So many great things happened last season.
Our BMX and Skate Program grew with new members to our demo and skate teams, as well as record braking attendance at our Summer Contest Series this past summer.
As always our summer BMX an Skate Classes were a huge hit at the local parks.
Our newest Skate Team Member Maddox Laser
Our Demo Team had an amazing year! Between The Board Bash, the Lucas County Fair, and “Christmas In Ida” we had a bang up season!!
The Contest Series was a Huge Success again for 2014! Our best season yet! We got some amazing support from our sponsors.
A HUGE Shout out to our supporters over at Toledo Laser/Strategic Exposure & RD Tool for making us these amazing awards for the kids! By far our best awards to date! Go check these guys out!

This year we implemented a new entry fee for the competitors. Each athlete had to bring in canned food goods to donate to the local food pantry. We wanted our kids to learn the value in giving back to the community that has given them so much.
And of course our best event of the series was “Tricks-4-Treats.” So much fun was had by all! We love seeing the community come out and support what we do for this event!!
Our MX Program had an awesome year as well! We had some great achievements, and good racing.
Our Top 2 riders this season were RJ Schroyer (450a), and Carson Fields (50 Junior)
RJ has earned 53 points for his pro card, and will be turning pro in the 2015 season. This coming year will be a game changer for him.
Carson is the heart of our team. At just 5yrs old he finished 21st at Loretta Lynn’s this year, and he plans to do way better this season! He also took 2nd in the GLMX Series for the SS class and the 50cc 4-6yr old class.
This past year we teamed up with Millsaps Training Facility (MTF) The Premier riding camp in the nation. We were awarded with 2 scholarships for 2 of our riders RJ Schroyer and Seth Harnishfeger.
It was a great honor and privilege to be apart of the MTF Family. We thrive on the relationships we have built with our supporters.
2014 was also our first annual TRD Banana Chase with Twisted MX. It was a huge success, with a great turn out. We can’t wait to see what our relationship with Twisted will bring and what the event has in store for 2015.
We can’t wait to see what 2015 has in store for TRD and the Action Sports Community. We are growing and we are excited!
